Pathways to Leadership

Mentorship Program

Youth and young adults (ages 14–30) are matched with trusted community leaders for personal growth, career guidance, and culturally affirming support. Clear escalation protocols and mental health referral pathways ensure comprehensive care.

Youth Leadership Labs

For ages 13–25, these labs equip the next generation with essential skills for civic engagement, community organizing, and resource acquisition. Participants learn to lead with purpose and cultural pride.

Grant Writing Labs

Practical workshops teaching young people how to write compelling grant proposals, access funding, and support community initiatives. A critical skill for future leaders and changemakers.

Quarterly Networking Nights and Lunch & Learns connect youth with entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders. Practical workshops on digital marketing, business planning, and professional skills.
