CCACH Tutoring
Personalized one-to-one academic support for students Grades 1–12. Choose from our in-person Funded Program at the Orange Hub (Saturdays, 11 AM – 3 PM, starting October 10th) or our flexible online Regular Program.

CCACH Tutoring Programs 2026–2027
Whether through our Funded Program or our new Regular Program, every student gets personalized one-to-one support from trained, culturally responsive tutors.
Funded Program
In-person Saturday tutoring for CCACH members at the Orange Hub in Edmonton. This program is in-person only — starting Saturday, October 10th.
Payment Structure
$100 payment upon acceptance — due when your child is accepted into the program.
$25/month for 5 months — following the initial payment.
Non-refundable: The $100 initial payment is non-refundable after the first session.
Total program cost: $225 ($100 + 5 × $25)
Please note: The Funded Program is in-person only at the Orange Hub every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Due to high demand, spaces are limited. All applications are reviewed and selected students will be contacted directly. Students not selected will automatically be added to the waiting list.
Regular Program
Fully online, flexible tutoring — book four 60-minute sessions per month with your paired tutor.
Community impact: Enrolling in the Regular Program creates additional paid hours for our student tutors, supporting their education and leadership development.
